What are the benefits of Vyper Energy?

Therefore, if at any time within 30 days after your purchase, for any reason, you’re not happy we’ll refund your money +5%! All you have to do is package everything back up in the original packaging and ship it back to us. That simple!

If for some reason you would ever be dissatisfied, contact us to return your product within 30 days of your purchase. We do ask that you cover return shipping costs and the guarantee is applicable to purchases made from vyperenergy.com only.

What is the average shipping time?
Our average lead time is two (2) days with an average of three (3) days on the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS).
What shipping provider do you use?
Vyper utilizes our partnership with FedEx, USPS and UPS.
What is your return policy?

Vyper proudly backs all products with a 30-day, 105% money-back guarantee. Any purchases made after June 2023, may be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery for a refund of 105% of the total purchase price (minus shipping costs). To qualify, products must be returned complete in the original packaging to Vyper Industrial, 2545 Larsen Road, Green Bay, WI 54303 within 30 days of the original confirmed date of delivery. The guarantee is applicable to purchases made from vyperenergy.com only. Retail purchases will be handled by the particular store’s return policy. Any products returned within the 30-day window without original packaging or outside the 30-day window regardless of packaging, will be subject to a restocking fee and customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. There are no returns permitted on custom and/or limited edition products, without exception.

How can I contact customer support?

Package shows delivered but still hasn't arrived
Fairly often the packages have still been showing up, whether through the carrier or through a neighbor. We ask our customers to please wait at least 3 business days from when your package was marked delivered.

Then, the best thing to do is contact your local post office/FedEx store, or go there in person, and provide them with your tracking number. In most cases, they are able to talk to the driver and locate the missing package.
 
If they cannot locate it, the next step is to initiate a trace/missing mail search with the carrier.

After you've filed a claim, please email us the reference number to sales@vyperenergy.com and one of our customer service agents will help you get the issue resolved! We require valid government issued identification to process a refund back to the original form of payment.  

Please note, stolen packages are a federal offense. If and when a claim is launched, any guilty party will be fully prosecuted.

Is Vyper family-owned?

Yes, Vyper is owned by the Rusch Brothers (Dayne & Dylan). Vyper was founded back in 2020 selling industrial motors which eventually let to selling industrial chairs (Vyper Industrial). 

The brothers built Vyper Industrial into a multi-million dollar company and needed clean, healthy fuel to keep them going throughout the day. This was the birth of Vyper Energy.
