Package shows delivered but still hasn't arrived

Fairly often the packages have still been showing up, whether through the carrier or through a neighbor. We ask our customers to please wait at least 3 business days from when your package was marked delivered.

Then, the best thing to do is contact your local post office/FedEx store, or go there in person, and provide them with your tracking number. In most cases, they are able to talk to the driver and locate the missing package.
 
If they cannot locate it, the next step is to initiate a trace/missing mail search with the carrier.

After you've filed a claim, please email us the reference number to sales@vyperenergy.com and one of our customer service agents will help you get the issue resolved! We require valid government issued identification to process a refund back to the original form of payment.  

Please note, stolen packages are a federal offense. If and when a claim is launched, any guilty party will be fully prosecuted.
